Excellent breakfast with a wide selection to choose.

The stay was JUST PERFECT, recommend. Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this family-run hotel. The people were incredibly kind, will exceed the expectations. There were a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The breakfast was satisfactory and excellent with lots of products. Location: the venue was really close to restaurants and the ferry and the center of Friedrichshafen.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous location to the ferry pier. It was also short walk to city centre.

Spacious rooms with fine lake views, but parking was a challenge during peak times.

Competent very amiable staff, handy location to the messe with the free bus right outside. And next to the bus station, the train station and the shopping centre, gardens and lake and centre and ferry terminal.

Closeness to the lake

Our room was located next to a bus terminal. A lot of noise

The breakfast had a good variety, and the evening dining atmosphere could use a cozier touch. The location near the lake is perfect for evening strolls.

Room stink nicotine and it was not possible to breath. Opening of windows didn't help. Staff not reacted on complaint

Very very helpful and extremely friendly staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. We enjoyed the room on level 5, the bed was great. The breakfast was good and the parking was on site.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for walking to the lake and exploring nearby parks. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff was accommodating. We loved visiting the beautiful lakeside and park areas.

One downside was that the garage was full, so finding parking was a challenge .

It is convenient to the rail station if arriving by train as I did. Also close to lake constance.

Inattentive dining room staff. Housekeeping did not acknowledge do not disturb signs and walked right into the room on two occasions.

comfortable stay but parking woes

The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a high-quality bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast offered an excellent range, including various types of yoghurts and freshly baked pastries. The wellness room on the top floor provided a lovely retreat with fine views of the lake, perfect for relaxation.

The parking situation was quite challenging, as the garage was full .

Staff were pleasant. Liked the layout. Convenience of location next to train station and buses. Excellent food and dining.

Great Staff and nice Hoteldesign . The Hotel is located at the railstation and centre . Easy to find , easy to get rid of your car . Bar is great , Breakfast more then enough .

Additional prices for Outside Parking , Wifi - Internet is not really liked and could be included in Room price . Badroom was not 100% ok : ventilation wasnt working , Shower did fluctuate between the right water temperature and to hot water : adjusting was always needed . Technical maintenance is needed for little things that would need to be 100% in this 4 star hotel .
